Tony Vujovich and Margaret Edwins’ combined skills and experience are the core of the Local 104’s ownership and vision. Both Seattle-area natives bring a passion for food, drink and creating memorable experiences for their guests.
Margaret is a Seattle native and Seattle Pacific University graduate. She worked in the science field as a wetland ecologist for the first five years after college. In 1996 Margaret decided to pursue her passion for food and wine full time and made the leap to open 611 Supreme in the Capitol Hill neighborhood in Seattle. For 18 years as chef and sole proprietor, she developed her knowledge and skills in running all aspects of the business.
Tony is a chef and artist who grew up in Richmond Beach. He began working with food at the Tradewell on 8th Avenue. He went on to work with cheese, specialty foods and produce for over 17 years at Larry’s Markets. More recently, he has been a caterer, home chef and operated a wood-fired oven in North City and the Woodinville warehouse district. When not cooking for others, Tony likes to spend time with his wife, raise chickens, and is an avid gardener. He and his wife live in Shoreline and his two grown children are Shorecrest graduates.
