OUR STORY
The Local 104 is a collaboration of Seattle-area natives, Tony Vujovich and Margaret Edwins. Vujovich brought the concept together with his pop-up neo-neopolitan pizza events turned brick and mortar, enlisting friends to help realize the property and Co-Owner Edwins’ experience in the restaurant world. Inspired by Vujovichs’ love for all things pizza and beer, Edwins’ background in French cuisine and European wine, the combined interests in food, travel and appreciation for the special place that is the Pacific Northwest.
